Medical Insurance
My Mother is over here in Canada on a Super Visa she has been here almost a year & her insurance is going to expire do we need to buy a year again or can we buy it monthly.

That will depend on the insurance company and how long she is staying. Im assuming she was given a 2 year visitor record and the insurance policy at the time should have covered her for that period.

when my Mother's visa was granted she was already here in Canada.
