Landing Papers query !

Hello Andrew,
A happy New Year to you.
My Processing Center has recently asked me for an updated PCC.
This can take around 30 days to get.
What I am worried is that soon it will be nearly a year since i did my medicals.
What can happen if i don't get the landing papers before my medical expires ( completes a year).
your advice is appreciated and thanks in advance.

You may receive a request for new medicals.

In other words Andrew, (since you mentioned "may" )
1. Can I receive my LP after the medical date expires
2. Can my application be refused.

1. Yes, it is rare, but it may happen.
2. Not on the grounds that your medicals expired.
