How much time after Medicals, Interview over!!

One of My friend just finished his Interview for PR Independent Cat at NYC consulate on15 march,2001 and did his medicals 22nd march.He has submitted FBI clearence, paid Rolf, How much time it will take to recive the Landing Papers? He is medicaly OK.
