Is it possible that under certain conditions or situations, immigration can grant immigrant visas to persons who's medical exam has expired by a few months. Is it all at possible? And if it is, can you give some instances. Thank you for your help. I know to redo medicals when they expire after one year. I just good reasons asking this question
