Here, the price is all about commutability. That's too far to drive to Toronto so it's half the price it would be half an hour farther in. That said, it seems a bargain, perhaps because it's on a busy road.

If you did have a million, and some negotiating skills, then there are some nice houses in the general area. I like this one:

That could work what as surprised us is most of the houses we looked at over Thanksgiving are still for sale and none of them have reduced the prices. There are a couple of garages that have come up that are interesting too. We are so impatientmto mo e but know we have to get the most of what we have which means biding our time and getting it done

busy roads are not necessarily a bad thing if you are trying to sell things...like cars lol
