Teenagers
Loads of questions me. I has a 16 year old who is umming and arring weather to come with us. I say it's gonna be better than living here. He is into sports how am I gonna get him to meet teenagers to talk to before we go. We are hoping to start proceedings soon.

Re: Teenagers
Perhaps you could add him to your application and convince him to have the medical, and then see how he feels when the time actually comes. By then, he'll be 18ish, so you may find he has changed his mind completely, or may be more settled in the UK, but at least it'll keep his options open.
Good luck.

Have you all been to Canada before? If so, pick out the good memories for him. If not, visit the place before spending any more time on your application.

Bring protection
The overall reported rate of infectious syphilis increased by 516.7% between 1998 and 2007. Reported rates of infection were highest among males aged 30 to 39; among females, highest rates were reported among those 25 to 29 years old. During this time period, outbreaks were reported in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and the Yukon among men who have sex with men and among heterosexual populations.

Get him on the application, then he'll have the choice when the time comes, it'll be so difficult to do it in retrospect. Canada is sports capital of the world - I'm sure he'll have a blast!

Wow! Canada must be really good at ice hockey then because apparently they won 14 gold medals (and 26 medals overall) in it at the last winter Olympics! Canada won the most gold medals. In the total medal count, only the US and Germany (both with much larger populations) won more medals than Canada.
I didn't know ice hockey was a summer Olympics sports but apparently Canada won 18 medals in it there too in 2008!
