Danny B (or anyone else) - what to see in Kamloops in a day?
Anything particularly stand out?
Stopping off there on the way to Calgary next month, to make a change from our usual watering hole of Kelowna. Thinking of staying in a B&B on the Sun Rivers Golf Course.
Cheers, Iain

The Tourism Kamloops website might be a good place to start your search: http://www.tourismkamloops.com/home_...tion_ID_4.html

Hi Iain,
Pretty much everything that I can think of is listed on the last link that RICH posted.
If your only driving through it maybe difficult to participate in some of the more outdoorsy type of activities though, due to lack of equipment.
In which case, buy some cold beers, some steak, a disposable BBQ, and head down to Riverside Park and chill out for the evening

Heh, thanks all.
I look forward to seeing another bit of BC. We've always gone the south route via Kelowna between Calgary and Vancouver in previous years. Damn those vinyards!
