Default Construction Foreman **********?

I just wondered on the off chance if there is anybody on here who knows of any companies which are looking for a Construction Manager / Foreman / Superintendent? My husband is currently in Vancouver looking for work and is trying to get meetings with construction companies to secure a job before he leaves to come home.
Can anyone help us fulfil our dream of living in Canada??? We would be eternally grateful if anybody could help us x

You will likely struggle in BC, and especially Vancouver, as despite the current upturn in commercial / residential construction there appear to be sufficient Canadian applicants at present (I am currently also looking at roles in a related industry in BC / AB, although my sector has fewer experienced Canadians )

Have you considered the FSW route?, it may take longer than you currently hope for to "land", however a job offer, and potentially achieving a positive LMO are currently relatively unlikely for this sector within BC for the reasons above.

New FSW caps for the 2014/15 period have recently been published, and these include NOC 0711 for construction managers, although as always the lack of Canadian Qualification and "Experience" may prove challenging even via FSW / PR.
