Default CIPD

As an HR professional looking to move to Canada, I was wondering whether the CHRP take level 8 CIPD diploma into consideration or do you have to gain the equivalent qualification all over again? I know you have to become a member of the Provincial HR group first, but has anyone managed to get their designation recognised.

I am currently studying for the qual, but want to move to Canada. So my question is do i have to transfer now or do i finish studying and just get my diploma recognized as it will save me a lot of money.

maybe you need to study an extra year and then take the exam to protect your quals.

So what you mean is a transfer credit, rather than a transfer? More to qualify then to 'protect' then.
