Dear Friends,

I am a Canadian Citizen and currently working in US on H1B Visa. I want to bring my brother to Canada, how is a student in Pakistan. Can I sponsor him while I am not in Canada and working in USA ?

Thank you in anticipation.

You cannot sponsor anyone except a spouse if you don't reside in Canada, period.

Normally, you can submit a letter of support for students. But, you are = not in
Canada and the officer will not like that.
