Could you please let me know the approximate timelines for processing an independent class visa through Buffalo . I'm a Software professional from India, working in the
United states for the past one year and have a total Software experience of about 4 years.

Mr Miller replied to a similar question on the 25th saying eight to eighteen months
delay, though I belive there is a scheme to expedite IT professionals
