Default Best option to ship baggage within Canada

What are the options to ship large baggage (22x14x9) from Calgary to Toronto? I only know about Greyhound service, is there any other?

Dozens, but in terms of freight that is not large. Too small for LTL freight, Greyhound is likely your best option. Purolator, Fedex etc will do it if you are in more of a rush. We use Fedex for our shipping in Canada and worldwide for small shipments, up to one pallet and 2000lbs.

Greyhound is known to lose things, and pretty often based on all the reports in the media.

I'd use Fedex or UPS, not perfect, will cost more, but more reliable.

Like anything others experience may vary.

Not had an issue with greyhound on the few occasions we used them. However for items that are fragile or temp sensitive, which some of ours are, then I would go Fedex.

UPS lost a 1500lb pallet earlier this year for three days. It showed as out for delivery. I did ask them if they had a driver and truck missing, as we are only 90 mins from their depot! They were not sure about that either. DHL sent a shipment from Australia to Europe instead of Canada, then shipped it back to Australia and reshipped it to the US, eventually it found its way into Canada. Purolator, well that would be a long story, along with Canada Post who never seem to be able to deliver any package.

We've had no problems shipping stuff via Greyhound from Vancouver to NS ............ it was pretty timely as well.
