Banking Contacts / Networking
Hi Everyone,
Just moved here 4 days ago & am hoping to find work outside of downtown financial core towards the Burlington area ( just to avoid a long commute) and possibly work in Hamilton direction ( not sure if this is any better?).If anyone has any contacts in these areas I would be ever so grateful or just any advice. Every little helps! Thanks in advance.

What do you do at a bank? There are many careers and specialties at banks, but the bulk of jobs are going to be in city centre or regional offices, not scattered across the suburbs.

My background is in commercial mid-market and corporate banking with experience as adjudicator, underwriter and relationship manager for delinquent borrowers.
My biggest concern with working downtown would be the commute, if we end up living in Burlington or the surrounding areas.
Any advice would be helpful?!
