"genuine and continuing"
In the application for family-class sponsorship, in the checklist..number 9 - proof of relationship to sponsor, they ask for 2 statuatory declarations the the relationship is genuine and continuing.
If we are married, do we need this ? This statement is in the paragraph about common-law. But if we are married to we need this ? And if so, is it only letters from family members and not notarized ?
thanks
