I love the Scottish accent on a lass. Frankly, I'm amazed that I don't simply sell up and move to Scotland - as red hair and freckles are also high on my list of desirable characteristics

Oh my God! You sound just like my husband. He loves a Scottish accent and has a thing for red hair and freckles.

Is that a cliche?
On a similar vein, someone once said Scotland would be the answer to everyone's holiday problems - if only the weather was nicer.

I am a massive fan of Scotland: I did loads of things there - good and bad - to be honest, probably more bad than good...some of which I have mentioned before. It was a right of passage for me. Infact the next time I go back to the UK I will bypass a lot of England and head that way.

I say this even knowing full well that I will cop it on the chin as an Englishman.

I concur, although I'd put the attribute universally behind the Southern Irish and French accents.... Not quite so sure about the red hair and freckles, some wear it really well though..... I like the curly black haired blue eyed scots, of which there seems to be a fair few

Frak it. I'm moving to Scotland. On the basis of this thread alone.

Where's the MBTUK section...

If they were shorter than me.
Weighed less than me.
Small hairy hands.
The white hair/eyebrows/eyelashes combo.
Up themselves.

Can I also add - when blokes have got that 'womanly' type shape thing going on i.e wide hips, big bum.

Oh and also someone excessively sporty i.e. to the point where you never see them.

Piggy( pudgy ) fingers make me squeam.

People who sweat to the point of being moist or worse dripping.

Broad ocker accent.

Anyone who does not shower when they get in from work, especially if a nurse, builder, butcher.....

Dirty finger nails.

WTF ? As in smell or an actual tune ?

What would they be humming, "If you want it come and get it" ?
