TRADE UNIONS..hmmm
I see the CFMEU are using workers funds as a pot to pay fines for disrupting work..potentially unlawfully..when will the workers ever learn..
And Bill Shorten is part of all this culture..the Liberals are a joke but I will never vote Labour... |

Re: TRADE UNIONS..hmmm
The time of unions is finishing
The coming time of bad employer great employer will determine movement of labour. Determine for yourself the likes of Amazon, Apple, Google, and whether they can effectively maintain "solvent" trading while absorbing normal "tax" operations. |
Re: TRADE UNIONS..hmmm
Don't agree at all. Of course membership is falling and has been for some time. This is more due to the decimation of industry with the out sourcing of labour to Asia. Or increased labour on short term contracts and the like. I know the area I am concerned with, a white collar area of employment, membership has grown considerably.
The Union ensured the law was followed during a serious restructure a year ago. Attempts by CEO to nullify Union involvement came to nought, apart from him losing his position inside half a year. Ever more people have been convinced of the worth of union membership in such areas. The likes of Murdoch and tabloid propaganda will unlikely prevail. People are waking up to the corporate scams of tax avoidance and 457 scams . |
Re: TRADE UNIONS..hmmm
..I look at the Unionists and think...a decent haircut and a decent shirt..no need for a Union..he he..
Memorable Turnbull: when he ripped into Shorten and Bill had to turn away...Malcolm on that occasion actually 'nailed it..' |

What's wrong with their haircut? I oppose corporate leeches and banksters as much as the next thinking man, but haircuts hardly come into it. |

No need of course if you want an ever fearful work place with no avenue to turn to in times of exploitation and abuse.
Would not social pressure work better? |

Obviously went over your head. Nothing contradictory at all. Do try and stay awake at the wheel.
