Selling Uk house from Oz??

Hi,
We are selling to developers, we won't get any money till they have planning consent. We will be signed in to a contract for 12 months, but are flying one way to Perth in 6 months time. If it doesn't go through we will be putting our house on the market, but wondered if anyone has completed a house sale while in Oz, I guess selling to the developer is the same, so any information would be gratefully received on how/if it can be done. The stress is killing me!!

I did. Just gave a Power of Attorney to my Solicitor.
