I was just wondering if Ross river virus was prevalent in perth, ive been feeling sick since about boxing day, had blood tests done that revealed nothing wrong other than a high iron level, Im all achey, get shivers/fever and headaches a bit like flu but no other flu symptoms. Nurofen takes the symptoms away for a while but after 10 days of all this im getting to the end of my tether! Im going back to the doctors this afternoon just wondered if this might be the cause, i swear my partner thinks its all in my head but i feel dreadful!

Bloods usually show a raised CRP, ESR... And anaemia.... But my understanding is that they need to be taken at the "right" time.....

And Yes we do have it down our way...
