Hi guys,

Anyone in the Brisbane or surrounding areas have any suggestions about where people get papmpered. Nails, feet relax etc.

Like doing that here in the UK now and then (ok about once a year and I have to pay!) but would be nice to continue.

Well if Brisbane is anything like Sydney, there's no shortage of places to get your feet and nails done. Walk into any shopping mall and almost the first thing you see are people with their feet in those bubbling foot spa things (usually in full view of the shop window and people walking by). Puts you right off your lunch, I can tell you...

They're right in your face in Eastgardens, Randwick and Bondi Junction.

My kids are really rude when they go past those places - they deliberately go up to the window, and stare for ages in an pseudo-interested way at the feet being 'done'. The poor people sitting there get really embarrassed but can't exactly run and hide.

God knows why they don't put the feet bit at the back of the shop.

Brisbane is quite a "big" place lol. You may want to narrow down an area!

However, Professionail are a franchise of usually asian staffed nail and pedicure places and my wife swears by them. They are pretty much in every mall and do an excellent job. Even have the nice massage chair thingies whilst you get your pedicure.

You'll find loads of beauty places around for other treatments in general.

Might be quite nice to meet up spot of lunch and some afternoon pampering!
