I hope he gets a good long custodial sentence. 10 years I think would be a good number to start. As I understand it, 15 is the max he could be sentenced to, so 10 is probably what the judge will give.

While I would hope for 15 years... 10 hours community service could prove interesting depending on the community.

I think it's highly likely that the prosecution will appeal, given the errors of the judge and leniency of the sentence.
