I think the judge will find him guilty of being a nob - technical name - culpable homicide. Not sure there's enough evidence to support murder, nob for sure though. I guess we will find out in due course.

The options seem to say either his girlfriend or and intruder, rather than that he intended to shoot her specifically?

I haven't paid much attention so far, but reading the summing up from the Judge I am at a loss as to how a Judge can
' questioned the reliability of several witnesses who apparently heard screams and gunshots at the time of the incident, saying most of those who said they had heard the incident had "got facts wrong".'
How does the Judge know they got the facts wrong?

This judge is extremely poor. She seems to be trying as hard as possible to not find him guilty of murder - taking his word on factors where things don't add up and discarding other witnesses.
There will be an appeal on this one, if for no other reason than the judge seems to have no logic.
We are down to manslaughter now, can she wish that away too?
