Just buy Marmite when you arrive, it's available. Coles label it up as Our Mate apparently,.

I'm a vegemite kid so I wouldn't know, but Our Mate is supposedly made in the UK by Marmite so I thought it would taste the same.

My Best mate is arriving from London in 4 days time......i'm only marginally more excited about her getting her than about the case load of marmite she's bringing......is that bad??!

Anyone that visits us from the Uk is told to bring a couple of large jars with them. Just declare it and you will be fine.
You can buy it here, but the small jar will cost the same as the big jar in the uk

Marmite: The Australian actual equivalent, available in Supermarkets, is called "Our Mate", made in UK, but named differently due to an Australian product also called Marmite, but not tasting the same.

Our Mate might be made in the UK but is it made by the same company using the same recipe ! ! !

Just that it's not allowed to function here under the name 'Marmite'
