Default Hotel room question

Hi
Just wondering how hard it is to find a hotel room,
that can accomodate 3 people , 2 adults and a 13 yr old
in Perth.
I heard that it's hard to get a room for more than 2 adults.
Thanks

In my experience - not in Perth but Perth hotels are just hotels in Australia that are the same the world over - is that it's very common to have family rooms in most hotels. I've no idea who told you it's hard but I wonder if they've actually stayed in hotels or if they've 'heard from friends' also. Don't worry about it. Check out any of the websites - Trivago, Expedia, Wotif, Bookings etc, there will be thousands of options.
