To us, probably yes, but unless a woodlouse has taste buds in its bottom, the answer is probably no. Remind me never to drink fallen raindrops... just in case a thirsty pair of woodlice have passed before me.

Maribu storks and vultures tend to eat carrion by starting to munch thru their prey's anus, it's the easiest way to get access (no comment on that one)....
All cordless power tools own their existence to NASA as there are no plug points in space!
the egg of the Kiwi bird is a third of it's own bodysize
When they brought Dr Livingstone's body back from Africa to UK they only knew the remains were his (as his body was so disintegrated) due to the fact his arm had been broken by a lion and reset* (*not by a lion).....
The Romans didn't use toilet paper but sponges on a stick dipped in water from which we 'allegedly' get the phrase 'to get hold of the wrong end of the stick'

Monkeys are the masters of peeling bananas. I've always opened them from the stem. But, the best most efficient way to open a banana is to pinch the other end. It will widen and then you can peel.

No idea, but potatoes originated in Peru, I think the Irish/potato thing came about because the Irish climate was very conducive to potato growing, and it then became a staple crop but aalso a major export crop, it was the potato blight problem that caused the Irish potato famine.
