I keep all my wine (jnc red) in a fridge -a wine fridge. You simply can't cellar red here at ambient conditions.
But also people agree red "should" be served at room temp - but room temp here can be 25 plus - way hotter tah France for example. I wold never chill a red but its a much more pleasant drink and 18degress then 30 this time of year.
