And then they get it all over the upholstery anyway because the bin is completely full of cans, chip packets, a dirty sock or two......

Re: How has your day been?
But about an hour ago I had a real 'moment' that took me by surprise, a people sickness moment, just looking at family photos and realising I have never seen my nephews children or been to any family gatherings in over 4 years.
I am not homesick and dont want to move back to the UK, but tonight I would love to be able to 'dip in the lives of my family' to see how they really are.
Made me cry.
(hormones I expect)

Excellent so far. Tiddler has been given the all clear to chew and bite food. She's very very happy and has had a Subway, freaking out only quite a bit at the conception of a set of teeth meeting and chewing food which then turned to mush. She bit a slice of tomato and got the crescent shape, sadly we nearly cried. She's never been able to do that.
Edit: Ok so since then it's all gone pear shaped. Farkkkkkkk.

A good one today. Shopping then coffee with a friend. And all child-free for a few hours.

Naffing cockatoos have been at the orange tree again, and have shat all over my bins. Hate them. Got to go and tidy up.

Disappearing in the chaos that was once my home.....
Moving out of our rooms in the back bedroom .... All the furniture and crap out of that area..thrown into the rest of the house... HE is putting new flooring down in those areas and I'm slumped amid a pile of dirty washing fighting a mountain of washing with one a hand tied behind my back and one leg...
How DO you load a dishwasher when you cant bend down ? Or load /unload a washer and dryer with those restrictions too? as for floor mopping, hanging washing and sweeping? All verboten....
May well take to my bed with Ann Rule and find better ways of not being found out when I murder them all....

Tired, tired, tired and more tired - not a bad day but wish I could buy some energy from somewhere.

I have avery little spare energy, do you have a fully functioning lumbar area you would trade for it... I have an absolute glut of tears at the moment Cheetah and would be happy to give you some of those on account

Re: How has your day been?
Also tired but feeling very proud of myself. After months of dithering around I FINALLY managed to stick to my Weight Watchers plan for a whole day. Doesn't sound like much but I lost 40kg last year and while I haven't put it back on I also haven't lost anything since about last October!!! SO I have given myself 19 weeks to lose another 20kg before we fly back to the UK for a visit. I REALLY want to a) shock those people who haven't seen me in 4 years and b) buckle into a plane seat without an extension belt!
