We've just had one of those pancake mixes.....yukk!!! Anyone know the pancake recipe as we couldnt remember it!!!! C x

the pancake mixture:
110g/4oz plain flour, sifted
pinch of salt
2 eggs
200ml/7fl oz milk mixed with 75ml/3fl oz water
50g/2oz butter

I do savoury pancakes with bolognaise meat inside and they are nice or cherry pie filling for those with a sweet tooth

made some last nite for the kids and OH for their breakfast....they had maple syrup and choc sauce, not together I hasten to add!!

Making some for tea tonight and was wondering what I could do on a savoury side so that Ash, for the thought of bolognese.....gonna do some bananas and vanilla ice cream with a touch of something alcoholic for sweet, me thinks......oh and some coconut.....mmmmmmm Ems x
