Yehp as long as it's clearly understood that the bottom line is she didn't fill in a form and thats why she is being deported and treated differently from other people that commit the same types of crime.
AKA A two tier justice system.... in her case at least.
Not that I want her to stay.... but justice is justice eh
Edit afterthought..... This inequity could be solved by deporting dual citizens to the place of their birth that commit these benchmark crimes.... that could be the way to go.... Problem with that is, some countries make you relinquish citizenship if you take out Australian. But still it would be a start.

Just curious. With such a long criminal history would she have been granted citizenship anyway?
Not that easy to get it. Round here there's a 6 month backlog for the ceremony. For some bizarre reason Russian is the second household language after English. While you wait, if you want to leave yhe country you need to apply for a visa to do so.
