Not sure if anyone is keeping up with the latest twists and turns on this one, but the DPP head is coming unstuck in a big way,

Either way there were some very shady actions going on in this whole case. Get out the popcorn.

I am reading straight from the transcript.
Sounds to me like the DPP (specifically Drumgold) were trying to bully the AFP into charging the guy without evidence. And one needs to ask, why would he so that. Looking forward to the AFP taking the stand.

This couldn't get any better. 7plus for the Spotlight interview with Bruce
Where would one begin.
Those Lisa Wilkinson recordings are just terrible. Proper self serving journalism with no thought about right from wrong.

The ACT Department of Public Prosecution are in a mess again. After pushing the police to charge Bruce Lehrman without any substantial evidence nor a snowflakes chance I hell of a conviction, which saw the removal of the boss Shane Drumgold, they are in the news again.
This time agreeing to proceed to court for the charging of 2 NRL players. The ACT DPP was shown how video footage did not stack up with police statements but these clowns at the DPP proceeded anyway, with the case being thrown out and a cop shown up as a liar.
Troubling times with the law enforcement in Canberra. Especially at the DPP.

If this pair (BL & BH) is indicative of the political next generation Australia is in big trouble.
As for handing over $2.4m to Ms Higgins on a whim - absolutely unbelievable. Surely it's a moral hazard?
I would like to see a figure/analysis for the "employment compensation gender pay gap".

Thank goodness 2 potential career politicians without real world experience were sent packing. Just to get rid of the most senior career politican of them all, Albo
