Australian adverts you find annoying?

Australian adverts you find annoying?
With the festive season now here, what adverts do find annoying/hate/offensive etc?
For me so far:-
1. Coles 1/2 price Christmas adverts.
Annoying.
2. Shock Shower Power. Where the fat dude is in the shower in red underjocks.
Tasteless and stupid.
NOTE: Any posts saying that this is how advertising works because it sticks in your brain/you remember it therefore it works etc, will be removed.
Australian or shown in Australia adverts only.
Feel free to post about adverts you love too.
I love the KFC ad: Sorry, Not sorry.
Brilliant.
Cheers

That stupid "HOWZAT" ad they play during the cricket, I don't even know what it's advertising.
Funeral insurance ads they play relentlessly if you turn on the tv before 3pm.

Ads that break up the continuity of a movie by being on every couple of minutes...

Channel 9 again. Not sure what they are thinking. They seem to pay for half decent movies. It starts well but as the movie progresses the frequency of the ads increase, to the point you just switch off or hit the record but to watch later ad free.

Actually, if it wasn't for the cricket, I wouldn't know of any current TV ads
Agree with others about the CBA howzat! ad and the f**kwit look on Hazlewood's face

The Northern Territories has a good advert - think it's only available in print but it definitely gets your attention visually

Watching the NRL, the ref decides on a video replay and so the commentators say 'looking at the Harvey Norman replay'. The following week it will be 'you can see from the KFC replay' or 'here it is again on the Hyundai D-Max replay'. It's only a matter of time before they say 'let's look at the Burgers taste Better at Hungry Jacks replay'.

Re: Australian adverts you find annoying?
The question should rather be, can you think of a genuinely great australian ad?
They all seem to be mundane "buy me, buy me" type ads, or ripoffs of ads from overseas (hello carlton beer ad). They don't put any originality or effort into them it seems.
And then they get repeated in ad slots which are too long and too frequent such that the repetition makes you want to strangle them.
And practically, who bothers watching the commercial stations anyway? Viewership for shows is almost always less than a million, and not the higher demographic groups either. The marketing types have gone elsewhere where they can get better engagement.

And let's not forget the branding of stadia, which seems to change on an almost monthly basis.
You book tickets at the Acer Arena, only for it to transition through the Kumho Tyres Arena, The Qantas Baggage Handlers Arena and to the Bob's Second Hand Carpets and Rugs Arena all in the space of a couple of months...

Re: Australian adverts you find annoying?
Most TV ads the world over are shit - UK, US, Australia - 95% of 'em. Trying to sell you crap you don't need. South Africa has produced some superb ads but also a lot of crud
Hulu (which I recently got rid of) has US ads and most are shit
ITV hub, 4oD, C5 apps have UK ads and most are shit
There are too many options to watch TV now and not see ads at all (apart from sport really)
A non-issue in 2016
