Maybe, maybe not. Most of the international banks (here in Cayman and elsewhere) were predicting a very weak AUD against other major currencies, until the Brexit vote. If you're going to spend GBP in Britain, this would be a good time to buy. But I wouldn't just take a punt on it!

I am not a punter which is why I hate currency exchange . 58 sounds good but of course no matter when you transfer it will be different the next day/minute/hour.
I tend to average it, bit at a time and hope the overall rate ends up OK, or if its stunningly high I jump in, like when pound was 66p its a wonder it didnt go to 70p after that
Know few people did 54/55 last week and now kicking themself, but whats the point, you will never know.
