New IKEA - Faro area (?)
If anyone has taken the highway to Faro airport in recent weeks; taking the slip road from the highway, you may have noticed a very large construction taking place on the right side of the highway… wondering what could possibly need so much space..? I was,, until yesterday when taking the exit once again,, there is a new sign showing the “IKEA" brand... yeah!! In my opinion, a new Ikea store is good for the economy in terms of employment and retail. You’ll rarely see an empty Ikea store, in any financial climate! 
Hopefully the new sign on the highway is a sign of things to come..

Ikea are the largest tenant but it going to occupied by a multitude of other names
