Have a good time, brings back memories,I used to live not far from there also!
Just thought it might be worth mentioning to those who have teenage kids that there is a mini golf next door to the pub so there is somewhere for them to go while mum and dad mingle. Might even be worth getting a group together so the kids meet each other. When we were kids we used to take a few cardi's and play soccer on the field next door... on second thoughts didn't someone say it was snowing that way the other week?
Good luck on your journey... it's well worth it on the sunny side

Yeah there is a golf thingy next door - that's a great idea, never thought of that - fantastic idea Ljj!!
I'll pop in and find out how much it is for a group and times, etc!! Just in case the clouds of Oldham part and the sun comes beaming down!!
And I'm sure there'll be no probs using the fields beside the Kings too!!
We have many a time!
Also... there's a B&B on the corner too!!
Just in case anyone is travelling from further than Ripponden Rd!!
Which doesn't sound like many of us!!
