20 something... new to Brisbane???
I am a 24 year old girl from the UK and new to Brissy. I already have a few friends that are couples, but looking to make new single friends that like to go clubbing, meals out, drinks, music festivals, day at the beach and girly days shopping, all the good things in life! Would be great to hear from you if you like doing any of the above! (this is my ma's account as I havnt got one)

Hi my daughter who is 23 has been here for 3 months from the U.K.
She would love to have a friend to go clubbing with and do all the girlie things you have listed. She has found it hard to meet people, especially when you are on your own..
look forward to hearing from you

Brisbane meet?
Hi,
My girlfriend and I have recently moved to Brisbane. We are mid twenties construction professionals and are keen to meet new friends who are like minded and enjoy some good fun.
We socialise together and with our respective mates back home and are looking for something similar here. We enjoy sports, cider and life in general.
If anyone is new to Brizzy and fancies a beer either in the valley or in the CBD, give me a shout.
Cheers Chris

Re: Brisbane meet?
Always a good day out, bar open all day and evening, enough space so the kids don't get under everyone's feet, and loads of Expats to meet up with. A lot of us that have been here a while met each other through the Gold Coast meets and are now firm friends, so its well worth the trip down from Brisbane

Hey all
I'm 29, moved over here a few months ago with my girlfriend, would definitely be keen to have a meet up with some like minded people for drinks etc. I'm lucky enough to know a few people here but as you said above, don't have a big social circle that I'm used to at home!
Maybe organise a meet in the Valley or somewhere in July?
Tom

Hi I am 21 moved to Brisbane 6 months ago and found it hard to meet new people due to not being employed for long. Would love to meet some girls to have a laugh and do some girly things ( away from my boyfriend haha)

We haven't had a proper Brisbane meet for ages.......maybe its time to try again? Christmas in July on the Gold Coast next month is well worth the trip for anyone looking to meet people, but after that I'll try and sort something in Brisbane for mid-late August Pig & Whistle (Eagle St/Riverside) is probably the best for the start of the evening at least, if anyone is brave enough to do the Valley they can go there later
Last one we had was on a Saturday by request, so to be fair we'll try for a Friday this time, so ... anyone interested or got preferences for dates?
