The best site I found that isnt rude ( if you want the rude one's I would have to look again !) is

The problem with all the good one's is that they are to big to attach to your expats profile 65 x 65 pixles , but if you look at enough of them you can get some quite funny ones.

I've found some great ones, but I can't seem to download them as gifs for some reason, so I've got loads of bitmap images saved now!! Some sites I've looked at include ww.gifsnow.com, gifanimations.com, animated gif.net.
