If you want to save yourself a small fortune come to Northern Queensland.
Climate here means you won't have to spend loads of dosh on kids clothes for years on end. They'll be living in shorts and tee shirts permanently.

How does anybody afford to buy in Brisbane a decent house costs around $400,000 and that would mean a huge mortgage .We don,t want to move too far from the school but house prices are unbelieveable in surrounding areas and why are new houses cheaper?
