Courtesy of my friend Weatherzone. I have man flu. Which maybe why I feel the need to be tucked up more than usual. In summer the temp doesnt fluctuate much over a 24 hour period but then as autumn arrives the night temp starts to drop - even a few degrees cooler and I feel it.

My daughter is goin back to blighty for the first time in 5 years in a few months. Left the UK at the age of 15 and almost 21 now. Most of her friends from school have recently finished their degree's and whatever.
She's looking forward to it heaps, especially the food (curries - kebabs etc) and no doubt will be sending pics back daily of all the meals she's having. I did it to the family when I went back a few year ago ...

Got a small fire going now, mostly to discourage the rats from getting comfy

We're a day behind you! Had our first fire tonight - I have been complaining about it for 3 or 4 nights though so DH decided he felt the cold and got it up and going

25 degrees in Perth at the moment (9.43pm). I've stopped being in bare feet and shorts at home and the pool has become almost too cold to swim in.
