Usually about 85% here anyways, rain or no.......its an ocean escarpment entrapment phenomenon.

Nicer today, cloudy but no wind and no rain. About 18 now and 25 later 
It was 70% humidity in our kitchen last night....with the airconditioner on.
We could hear our neighbours smoke alarm so rang them to see if they were okay. The humidity had set it off!
