Hobart is supposed to be my future escape from the heat dammit.
As for the talk today on the TV, Looks like we may be about to make worldwide news here in Victoria with the 3-day deluge that is about to hit.

The UK has weather traffic light warnings now? Wtf? It's winter, cold stuff happens. I can guarantee the gritters will be in the wrong places and the trains will struggle.

probably!I had a look at what the warnings mean as I wasn't familiar with them. Looks a bit like the Oz warnings for bushfires etc - along the lines of be alert, prepare to act, act. Or be alert, prepare to hibernate, hibernate!
