The weather will be nice in Mellie because OH has flown down this morning for his firm's Christmas party, having had a Christmas lunch in Sydney yesterday with the team. He flies out on Saturday lunchtime so expect the weather to deteriorate after that!! He has another 2 parties next week. Alright for some....

More rain today, but clearing in Brisbane now. Has been somewhat cooler today.

going surfing with the kids tommorow, can't wait. Meanwhile up here its COOL, mid december! so thats saying something, one day it seems of windy, drizzly grey stuff and its LOVELY.
Thinking it wont be long after we get to melb we can enjoy lots of the cool days,. Its funny as now we telling people about the move to melb we get the' OMG noooo' about melb's changeable weather/traffic/overcrowding blah blah 
Cutting them short with ' yes but I love cool weather ', you get some very weird looks

Gorgeous evening in Ascot 4007 Qld. Cool lovely just like a September night in the UK. wonderful. Makes me just remember how I love the cool nights, well cold. Great day, no sun, no humidity, please let it stay a while, feel normal for once

Went out for dinner last night wearing a light sweater, such a novelty
cooking a proper late sunday roast later, even got some battered flannel track pants out late night - so cosy, then slept like a log cause it was cool. This morning I even managed an heap of mowing without needing a swim and a shower after 10 bloody minutes
