The air is lovely. We get very frosty in winter. Coldest this year was minus 9, though that is measured at the airport not in the middle of town which is in a valley. Still the summers are nice especially at night when it is still cool enough to sleep.

I would love living in the mountains, as an ideal, but that is not to be. Not looking forward to humid nights trying to sleep. I don't mind the humidity during the day though. Aircon will be our friend this Summer.

it carried on raining and the course was waterlogged, today is a beautiful day, but the freeby golf day was yesterday.

Backside of summer to be sure, last 2 days low to mid 60's and overcast. Supposed to return to the 70's for one last round

It was cold this morning walking home - about 6 deg. But it seems I've been sleeping through a really nice day, although stilll noticeably colder

Started out lovely...20 degrees at about 9:30. Then we just had a storm blow through with a bit of hail and the temp dropped to 14 degrees at 12:00

Around the 30 c mark today. Quick thunderstorm came through and got rid of the slight humidity that was in the air. Still cool at night but I've stopped opening up the house during the day to warm up now. It's quite warm enough.
I'm beginning to think that this might be quite typical. When we've had rain in the last month it's been over and done with quickly - perfect, doesn't get in the way then!

We didn't make it into double digits yesterday - tops was about 9 with persistent rain and grey skies.
On the plus side todays weather is supposed to hit 12 with persistent rain and grey skies.
Never mind, if it rains now perhaps it will be dry next weekend
