30C...but peeing down, really, really wet rain, if you know what I mean.
I'm on the 9th floor in the city and there are loads of dragonflys and butterflies around...odd!

Been pouring here for days, really low temps for brisbane this time of year
usually its hot rain but more 22c, bloody great compared to the am I still in the shower rain. Went to a Xmas party at a old sheep station/homestead yesterday, quite rural, so much rain we got bogged getting there
ended up with really nice dress and gumboots so I guess you can say summer is really here in qld, WET
The butterflies etc might be better than the locust plagues they had on SBS the other night!!

No shortage of butterflies and dragonflies here as well as hundreds of other insects.
26C here today and steamy. In Melbourne it was seriously sultry, no need to visit the tropics when it comes to you.

Still bl00dy cold here in Notts. Was -8.5 when I dropped the kids off at school and hasn't got above freezing all day, was about -4.5 at school pick up time. House not much warmer, 12oC at the moment as the heating is still playing up The forecast is that the cold spell is here to stay until the New Year
Hopefully only one more proper winter to get through tho
