I can only comment about sk8prks in Brisbane, but I'm sure Perth is just the same. Yes kids do sk8 & bmx in Australia, and there are quite a few sk8prks dotted around the suburbs so it shouldn't be hard to hook up with some like minded sk8rs. Also you shouldn't have any problems in finding an old sub $500 car that you can fix up, as without any cold winters or long periods of rain cars seem to last forever out here (unless you drive up and down the beach all day
).I'm sorry its taken so long for someone to reply to your question, but congratulate you on creating one of the funniest threads on this forum. Good luck with the new language, you'll probably find that Aussie kids will speak a slightly different but equally incomprehensible to adults dialect.
