Hey Guys,
I recently moved to Australia on SIR Visa from the UK.
I have a very genuine and serious problem hope someone can help..

I worked for a company in UK as a Business Consultant , but my post was that of a CEO ( small company though )

When i applied for Oz migration, i was advised to give the post as Business consultant..
the DIMIA visited my office and doubted that I am not a BC ..
then I gave letters from clients and stuff.. and I got the visa..
now the Director ( one of the them ) has a serious fight with me..

He wows to spoil my Oz dreams by saying he will take whatever it takes to make sure i am back to Uk.

I would really want to know if it is possible if he contacts DIMIA and stuf?
the documents i gave to support my case as BC were genuine..
from big companies..

PLEASE HELP!!

Sorry i dont know the answer to your question - just wanted to say you would probably get a better response if you posted this in the immigration forum.

I would like to bet that 9 times out of 10 when someone says something like this they are just trying to upset you and won't actually do anything of the sort.
Even if they do then as long as you supplied genuine documentation from several companies then even if oz immigration do look again at your visa when they get in touch with these companies they will see that your original visa application info was correct.

Hope everything works out for you and i would try not to worry.
