Where are you planing on heading?

Melx
Hiya, i am heading to Burnie as that is where the job is. Should be there in a few weeks time once we can sort out our flight. Right bunch of pirates theses airlines. Actually went to book online only to be told one of the connecting flights not available. Arrgghhh. Good luck with your move.

Thanks Lenmil

We trying the spirit of Tasmania for this time round, got to get car and dog over there too!! Kinda dreading it, but should have a nice drive down the East coast on our way...lol.

We're finding it hard to find a rental where we need to be, so could be in for some big commutes till we find a home. Good luck with the flights, maybe catch you in Burnie one of these days, we only had a chance to explore Hobart, Lornie & half of the East coast so far....can't wait to go further afield.

Jerzo, south of hobart looks awesome, we've seen some amazing properties down there. Good luck with your move too!

Hi Lenmil

Duncan has applied for a job in Burnie, I am hoping he gets it as I've been researching Burnie and I am liking
what I see. House prices are soooooo cheap! What kind of work do you do?

What is Duncan doing for a job? The people i talk to there seem really nice people with a good sense of humour. Hope he gets the job. Might see you there. House prices do seem good and the town is being done up with loads of money being spent on it. A new skate board park is being put in as we speak. It's only an hours flight to Melbourne too if you want a weekend trip to a big city. Below is a link to the town.

Thanks for the links, I did find out about them on the above forum do you know it?

Duncan is a Diesel Fitter, basically he is a construction equipment mechanic specialising in excavators. He has applied with Caterpiller they have a depot in Burnie, Lonnie and Hobart so hopefully he can get in one of them, I'm praying for Burnie at the moment.

Failing that there are many construction equipment hire companies in Tas and he's bound to get a job with one of them.

We leave the country on the 24th too!! But we are heading for LA first for a well deserved break!

Good luck with your move and maybe we'll bump into each other in Burnie!
