What are you using to measure that ?

Looks like wages are higher on average in Sydney than London for starters, I dare say that comparison may carry over to the other Two Cities.

The average weekly wage in New York is circa 1100 USD as far as I can make out. Which will bring it in under the Aus National Average.... whilst interest rates stay this way.

Plenty of international Tourists in Sydney as well.... so how do you measure a cities value on a world scale ?

I bet Perth is high up on that list. As I've said before, you'll need a big swag of cash to afford Australia otherwise you'll be living in a bogan heaven or out in woop woop.

Yeah Camberwell really isn't a nice area at all to live in and thus the house prices won't be all that reflective of other, more in-demand areas, where you'd be paying a heck of a lot more (try something like Clapham).
