Default Sort Out My Visa (Visa agency not a demand :) )

Hi,

Does anyone know if these guys are in business please? - Sort Out My Visa : Australian and NZ Visa Experts

I have tried to phone a few times and it keeps going to answer phone. I have also tried to email but no reply.

I am interested someone who can advise and sort a visa out. I work in IT so someone along that line would be helpful.

Thanks

Peter Chiam - Ptlabs Consulting - specialises in IT and last time I looked had a 100% success rate in getting visas for clients.

That's a huge claim the company are making, Buzzy! I suspect they've put a bit of spin on that 100%, as no company could ever convince me that everyone who's walked through the door wanting a visa has got one.

They probably mean that of the people who've used their service, they've determined who will qualify for a visa - hence of course those people will get one.

Jetblast, there's lot of information available to help you determine yourself if you qualify for any given visa, and also lots of help (including on BE) to complete the application, are you sure you need to go through an agent? Just another note - using an agent will not get you a visa more quickly - there's no priority service etc for agents.

I'd echo that. He used to post a lot on here and had a great reputation. Better than wasting time on someone who doesn't answer the phone

IMHO that's a misinterpretation of the claim.

Rather, it should give those instructing comfort - that if the firm says they are happy to take you on you will secure the desired visa outcome.

As a rule none of us want our % success rate to be compromised!

Best regards.

That's what I meant by

I'm sure the company in question is as good as people say. However, I don't think it's a bad thing to drill down into claims such as '100% success rate in getting visas for clients' - we'd all be mugs if we believed everything in advertisements!

I'm still waiting for a particular face cream to transform me into Elle McPherson

I don't believe Peter has actually ever made that claim himself - it's a reputation he seems to have achieved.

He helped me through every stage of a process, although I technically qualified for a visa, I might not have been able to get one without him walking me through all the specific evidence I needed to produce and create to prove I qualified for it.

Hello JetBlast,

I am very happy to confirm that we are alive and kicking )))

But our office was closed on Monday for training purposes, maybe that is why you couldn't get hold of us. We are also still catching up on emails from Monday.

Or perhaps you have been calling our old (Oxfordshire office) number? We have been based in Carmarthenshire since last October.

In any case, please feel free to call or email again and we will try to get back to you asap.

Our office number is : 01269 845 635
Our email is: [email protected]

Cheerio
