Hi

We are going on our validation trip on monday (21st) flying with singapore from manchester to brisbane, the plane is a 777.200.

Does anyone know if this flight has movies on demand ?

yours hopyfully stressed with 2 teenage girls lol

Hi there, singapore airways do have movies on board but but most of the flights do not have them on demand (unless you get lucky and have a brand new plane!). Hope this helps.

Check with 777-200 Type the flight is on the SQ website. If its a 777-200ER expect VOD. I believe the Manchester to SIN flight is an ER airplane so its the latest entertainment system type.

We left from Manchester on the 24th May with Singapore and kids loved the on demand service , especially making up their own music selection.

We went Manchester to Perth twice with Singapore and yes they had movies and lots of other stuff on demand

Think it's the luck of the draw. Done the trip 7 times with Singapore in the last 7 years and only one leg of one journey didn't have on demand movies....tell you what though you miss it when you've been used to it!

I think it's the same with all companies though. Emirates had some on demand others on a rolling circuit.
