Great news, this will be the final nail in the coffin for the Perth Property market.

BTW, CBA has raised their variable mortgage rate by .45%, I expect others to follow.

Cannot believe the CBA raised rates above and bayond the cash rate rise. They are having a laugh. Can see this being a tipping point for Brisbane property market............
