Default regular uk money transfer

I send 250 pounds back to the UK every month & get hit with a charge via ANZ & the recipient in the UK gets charged also (receives 243 pounds)

Does anyone know of a more cost friendly way of doing this?

Sorry if already been asked elsewhere

I use International Money Transfers - Low Fees, Great Rates - Send Money Overseas $15 fee but no charge at all the
other end.
